How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your Store policy?
 
Shipping
(USA only) Virtually all orders are processed and shipped by 1-2 business days. Please understand that operations are based on an Eastern Time clock. Therefore midday and late day Pacific Standard Time orders may not be fulfilled within this time zone. It is recommended that all orders be confirmed by 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the following day (Same day if possible)

Ground shipments can take 2-7 days and neither UPS or USPS guarantee a delivery time for these services. Tracking numbers are e-mailed to you, once shipped.

Warranty: 
 
 Quality Assurance is a priority at  Sartatek.com. All products are inspected by a quality assurance technician before they are shipped, and come with 30 days  limited warranty (unless otherwise stated in the listing page). Returns are accepted and only if, item was received defective, or not as described, however returns are allowed, but only within the first 48 hours after receipt for any orders that are not to your expectation.

Return Policy
In the event you received your item defective or not as described, please notify us ASAP, note down the error or the problem you experiencing with products when writing to us, to ensure smooth, and fast exchange.
 

 We will gladly exchange, products found to be defective or shipped by error to your satisfaction in timely manner (No refund on any products unless a suitable replacement is not available or you returned the products within the first 48 hours after receipt ).

 
Please review terms :
  • You Should contact us for an RMA Number, Returned received without proper authorization will not be accepted, and resend back to the sender.
  • Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad.
  • Please write the reason for return. This will assist us in making a correct determination of whether the product is truly defective.(95% of returns found to be working)
  • Don't write down on or mark the products ,this will void your warranty, use separate paper to note down error.
  • Any dismantled, marked on or visibly defaced product by the customer will VOID all warranties. 
  • We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in particular brand not listed if they function correctly in others.
  • RMA numbers are valid only for 10 days after being issued . We must receive product within this time period ,Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to Us.
  • Should a replacement for a defective item not be available, a suitable replacement shall be issued. If a suitable replacement is not available , will issue a credit which can be applied toward order or refund at Customers request .
  • Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee . Shipping is not refundable. Please Use 
 " Request RMA Number Form"  for return approval number, and return address .
 
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
